A drain that was clogged caused water backup in the basement and portions of the 1st floor.

It doesn’t matter how extensive the water damage is, NJ Water and Mold is equipped with the proper equipment to help! A customer of ours found a pool of water in their basement and needed assistance ASAP. After gathering their PPE, the team headed straight to the customer's home to begin work. Using a HEPA wet vac, we extracted all water, thoroughly cleaned all affected areas, and installed dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the space. Next, the team worked on extracting water from the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom on the 1st floor and tore out any non salvageable flooring. The team then installed various fans throughout the 1st floor to remove any moisture from the water backup. The floors were thoroughly cleaned before leaving.

The crew came out quickly, assessed the situation and then begin remediation steps immediately. They left the basement in great shape.All the employees are extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and most of all pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a water or mold issue/problem.
The day I called nj water and mold co they had an adjuster here that evening taking pictures measuring etc. I had sewage back up in my basement. They promptly came in tore out walls and cleaned the entire area. I spoke to the owner Dennis who was very punctual and understanding in returning my calls . I was completely satisfied with the clean up and because of that I am now hiring them to repair my basement, In my opinion they definitely are a 5 plus Company
